Return Policy
1. At Super Cosmetics , we believe customer satisfaction is key to building long term and worthwhile relationships through dispensing top quality range of products. We have a quality check process that ensures that the products delivered to you meet customer expectations.
We will provide a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
The purchase was paid for during the delivery process and;
- Wrong item delivered by us
- You received a defective item;
- The ordered item is lost or damaged during transit;
- The ordered item is past its expiry date.
- Delayed order outside CUSTOMER delivery promise Service level agreement.
2. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above, you can return the product for a full refund/credit note or exchange. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging in an unused state.
Please keep the customer invoice/receipt as emailed to you or was contained inside your package. Seals must be in place -intact as it was issued when purchase was made.
3. Return request as result of impulse from a change of mind or the picking of a wrong product from super cosmetics .
We do encourage you to confirm your order before completing purchase and on the spot upon receiving your order on delivery. We will not accept orders that are opened or partially used unless it is received as defective or broken in transit.
4. We encourage our dear customers to proof check their deliveries on the spot , in the presence of the rider .
5. Products purchased that you wish to return must be in the original packaging and seal is intact . If the product to be returned does not meet these sellable conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
6. We will not be able to approve refunds if:
- Change of mind is your reason for refund
- You bought an item by mistake
- You were just testing to see if it will be delivered
- You are unreachable after an order has been placed .
- Product falls under NON eligible for return (Fragrance , Earrings , Undergarments ,Wigs)
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason you’re requesting a refund. We do value customer feedback always and making efforts to fulfill your needs better everyday

9. We will process refunds through your original method of payment within 24 Hours from approval time
10. We may be inclined NOT to approve return requests if they are raised after 24 hours from receiving the item.
