- SuperCosmetics shall remain the owner of all proprietary content posted on the Site and such proprietary content shall not be used by a third party without the permission of SuperCosmetics.

Delivery

Within Nairobi: same day delivery for orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday- Saturday)
Within Kenya: within 3-5 business days
Outside Kenya: 1-2 weeks
Disclaimer: While we strive to dispatch orders as stated, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen events. Our customer care representative will be in touch throughout the delivery process to keep you informed and address any concerns. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
- If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please do the following:
- Take a picture of the damaged or faulty product and send, with full details, to customercare@supercosmetics.co.ke or WhatsApp to 0784 401 122 at the time of delivery.
- We will assess the faulty product and arrange an exchange as appropriate.
Payments
- Payments for all orders and purchases on the site are considered complete when made in full. Orders for which payments are yet to be completed shall not be processed.
